I pride myself in being the only center in town that is family owned. I have created this business from the ground up. I grew up in De Forest, WI and moved to Beaver Dam in 2015 after my 1st husband passed away and I needed a fresh start. Cubby Bear is named after my late husband, as he loved the Chicago Cubs and the Chicago Bears. I have my Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, as well as 20 years experience working with children. I have a 16 year old son from my first marriage, and a 5 year old foster son. I love watching all of the little ones coming through my center through the years. I look forward to serving your family for many years to come.

I am so excited to be the Director at Cubby Bear. I just recently obtained my Administrator's Credential in May 2026. I have been in childcare for just under 9 years. I love watching children grow and reach developmental milestones. I am a mother of two and have three step children. I love being with my family and being outdoors. The beach is my happy place!​
