Infants  
Ages 6 weeks - 1 years

Infants will have a flexible schedule that reflects the child's individual needs, including forming and following their own pattern of sleeping and waking. Childcare workers will respond promptly to a crying child’s needs. Each child will be given physical contact and individual attention, including lots of time for talking. The body position of non-mobile infants and their location in the center will be changed frequently. We will provide safe, open spaces for children who are creeping and crawling.
